General

Estimates are Valid for a maximum of 15 days, as product suppliers may change prices without notice.

 

All Non-Product item prices are subject to review after job completion as they vary based on the amount of each item used.

 

Before equipment is ordered, all estimates must be accepted and signed, and a deposit must be paid/collected in the amount set by the company associate.

 

Additionally, if any product additions are requested after the original order has been placed, an additional deposit will be required before the extra products are ordered.

 

The client is responsible for verifying all installation locations and job specificities with the company associate before installation.

 

You will receive a complimentary 60-day warranty on installation services and support from the installation date, unless sections 6 or 7 have been enacted.

 

The client acknowledges that the manufacturer provides the product warranty through the company only. If the client contacts the manufacturer directly, the company cannot honour the product/installation warranty.

 

Any tampering with the products will result in the voiding of all offered warranties. Additionally, any necessary services, repairs, or replacements due to or following tampering will be charged to the client at their own expense.

Payments

Ensure that payment is made upon receipt of the final invoice. If payment has not been received after two reminders over two weeks, the product may be subject to repossession in the amount owed on the invoice unless otherwise arranged with the company associate.

Payments are accepted if arranged with the company associate before estimate acceptance. Payment terms are as follows

                     -- 45 day payment; Transactions less then $750

                     -- 75 day payment; Transactions more then $750

 

There Will Be an additional Transaction Fee added to the invoice total based on the payment type used.

 These fees are outlined Below.

 

The fee will be 2.65%  per transaction for the following payment type:

 -- Inserted Chip Cards

 -- Inserted or Contactless Cards on Square Readers

 -- Swiped Cards

 -- Swiped Virtual Terminal Payments

 -- Prepaid Gift Cards

The fee will be 0.75% + $0.07 per transaction for the following payment type:

 -- Interac

The fee will be 3.4% + 15¢  per transaction for the following payment type:

 -- Manually Keyed-In Card Payments

 -- Card on File Transactions

 -- Manually Entered Virtual Terminal Payments

All Payments made Via Business Cheque, E-Transfer or Cash are excluded from these additional fees

 -- Business Cheques are to be filled out to Marcus Payne (Owner/Operator)

 -- E-Transfers are to be sent to the company's Email

 -- Cash is to be directly handed to the company associate

Safe and Secure Policy

All communications with customers must include the employee's name.

When an appointment which will require a technician to meet the customer at any location is made. The employee's name,

photograph and contact number must be provided to the customer via email during the appointment booking process.

 

If an alternate employee substitutes to meet with the customer, the customer must be notified of the change as well be provided with the new name, photograph, and contact number prior to arrival.

 

This Policy is enforced to eliminate scams and potentially dangerous situations with unknown individuals who may claim to be an employee of PayneLess Security Solutions.

 

If an Individual should contact the customer or arrive at the customer's location who is not identified by a company email beforehand, it is the customer's sole responsibility to discontinue communication with this individual.

PayneLess Security Solutions will not be held liable for any Loss / Damage of property or bodily injury should the customer continue communication with unidentified individuals.

Offers and deals

Only one offer per customer per transaction.

Offers are only valid during its stated run time, Expiry date will be listed in the bottom right corner of each public offer.

​

Any estimates that are calculated using offers are only valid for 7 Days after offer expiry. If estimate is not accepted and paid before this time, The estimate will be deemed forfeit.

​

All purchases that use an offer which will reduce retail price by 15% or more, Will be subject to shipping fees, As shipping fees are normally covered in full by Payneless Security Solutions.

Unless otherwise stated, offers are only valid if product(s) are installed by Payneless Security Solutions at regular rates
